This category is for all characters in the Monster Musume franchise who are known to be of of royal descent. To belong to this category, it must be confirmed that the respective character has a genuine royal lineage, whether through birth or marriage, so characters like the Honey Bee Queen or the Honeypot Ant Queen do not qualify since in their case the title 'queen' is more akin to 'leader' without a real royal descent.
