Plot[]
Kimihito opens his eyes to find himself sitting in a freaky room filled with tons of creepy objects. He is able to deduce easily that this is just a nightmare, and now that he knows that, all he needs to do is wake himself up. He does so and succeeds, but when he awakens in the real world, he comes face-to-face with another liminal, which spooks him and alerts Centorea to his location.
After calming down, the liminal, who is introduced as Rem Nighdrem, is revealed to be a Nightmare, a sub-species of Centaurs that give nightmares to people. She apologizes to Kimihito for disturbing him during his nap as Centorea reveals that she has come to her for advice. Centorea asks Nightdrem what she wants to ask her and she explains that she hasn't been able to find any reliable partners that she can give nightmares to, citing her encounter with Kimihito a rare chance. She further explains that she can't give nightmares to anyone because she has to be next to the sleeping person, so she can't just break in to someone's room to give them nightmares.

Rem talks about how she tried to give sleeping humans nightmares.
As a result of her constantly walking around to find someone to give nightmares to, she is sleep-deprived herself. Kimihito suggests she stops giving nightmares, but Nightdream vehemently refuses, saying it is part of her culture. Centorea asks if she really wants her to help her find someone for her to give nightmares to before wondering if Miia and Papi could take them. Kimihito refuses to allow such a thing (and also the fact was that they weren't home at all). Centorea decides to offer herself for Nightdrem to give nightmares to, but instead of waiting for it to get dark, Nightdrem uses hypnosis to put her to sleep, which happens rather quickly

Centorea's first nightmare.

Centorea's second nightmare.
Centorea wakes up in an empty room, and, realizing where she currently is, prepares herself for a potential threat she feels she may face. Instead, her attention is directed to Kimihito, who was present in her dream, as he nervously tells her that her breasts are growing bigger and bigger, to the point they pierce through her shirt. Centorea wakes up and angrily demands Nightdrem to not give her nightmares like that. She tells Nightdrem to give her a nightmare about fighting something, but Nightdrem says that asking for a dream doesn't make it a nightmare. Nevertheless, she uses hypnosis on her again, much to her chagrin. She wakes up and finds herself naked in front of a bunch of people, which compels her to awaken once more.

Centorea's third nightmare.
Just as she wakes up, Nightdrem puts her to sleep again, causing her to have a nightmare about her breasts being available to be milked. Once again she awakens and is immediately put to sleep, where she dreams she is bounded with her lower half exposed for others to look. Awakening again, she is put to sleep and has a nightmare about being in an onsen with a bunch of other men. When she wakes up again, she angrily demands she stop before Kimihito tells her that he will bring her a towel, causing her to look down and see she wet herself, much to her embarrassment. Finally, she wakes up and after checking if she was dry, becomes sullen and traumatized by all the nightmares, wondering if she is even still sleeping as Kimihito tries to help her and someone approaches Nightdrem asking a question.
When Centorea wakes up again, she realizes she neither had any nightmares or dreams. As it turns out, her dreams were eaten by a Baku named Bacqueline, who was the one who approached the three of them earlier. Bacqueline reveals that after she came to Japan and found a homestay, which was the man she met at the Sno Ball Hot Spring Resort, her host hasn't been able to provide any nightmares for her to eat since he enjoys her company so much, so finding people sleeping is a problem for her, something Nightdrem understands.

A new partnership.
Bacqueline explains that she overheard someone talking about nightmares, and she became delighted when she saw Nightdrem. The two decide to form a partnership where Nightdrem will provide nightmares to people while Bacqueline will eat them, but that means they need to find someone who can give them nightmares.

Rem and Bacqueline want to give Centorea more nightmares, much to Kimihito's annoyance.
Until then, the two decide to use Centorea, who is still teetering on the line of dreams and reality from her trauma. Fed up, Kimihito yells that he will take the nightmares if they let her go. Centorea quietly tries reassure him that everything is "fine", but she is now in a traumatized state in which she thinks it's all just a nightmare anyway.
