Monster Musume: Everyday Life with Monster Girls (モンスター娘のいる日常, Monster Musume no Iru Nichijou) Chapter 86 is the eighty-sixth chapter of the Monster Musume: Everyday Life with Monster Girls manga series.
Written and drawn by mangaka Okayado (Inui Takemaru), this chapter was released in Japan on May 24th, 2024, by the Japanese publishing company Tokuma Shoten within the seinen manga and anime magazine, Monthly Comic Ryu.
The chapter was later gathered as part of the series' tankobon volume Monster Musume: Everyday Life with Monster Girls Volume 20.

Prologue[]
Meamil with her victim.
The prologue begins with the Dairy Breed Centaurine Meamil, hidden in a dark alley in Tokyo cradling a grown man who's sucking milk from one of her breasts and groping the other as it lactates. While she breastfeeds him, she talks to him in an almost sampled but still perverted tone and encourages him to drink even more of her milk. After the man finally falls asleep, Meamil leaves him alone, but she says that he will always be "her little baby".
Shortly after, Ms Smith, accompanied by Zombina and Manako, finds the half-unconscious man in the alley, who has returned to an infantile state due to the maternal hormones in Meamil's milk. Worried by this disturbing sight, Ms Smith wonders how many more victims there will be.

Kimihito and his homestay girls for a health check in the hospital.
The chapter begins with Kimihito and his homestay girls (with the exception of Lala) doing a health check at the Okayado General Hospital. Papi is happy that the procedure is finally over, while Rachnera is bored and wonders why they have to go to a hospital just for this. Suu is happy that everything is normal during her health check, although Mero wonders what "normal" means for a Slime at all. Miia, on the other hand, starts teasing Centorea that she looks pretty flabby recently. Offended, Centorea says that her health check was normal, though she hesitantly adds a "barely" in her thoughts.

Suddenly, however, Ms Smith appears behind Miia, looks over her shoulder at the Lamia's health check, and amusingly says that Miia puts on a few pounds. The coordinator adds that Kimihito's cooking must really be that good for her to do so much to Miia's inconvenience due to the sensitivity of the topic and the lamia mentions that she's back to her usual self (as they last met in Arbatel's made-up world during the school arc). While Rachnera and Centorea are also looking at her health check, to Miia's chagrin, Kimihito asks Ms Smith why she asked him and the girls to come to the hospital for a health check, since they already did it at home. Ms Smith says that she has a "little request" for them, which causes Kimihito to sigh as he already figured it would going to be something like that again.

As Ms. Smith shows the group around in the hospital, she asks them if they all know about Extraspecies Exchange Online Websites, which the girls deny. The coordinator then explains that nowadays there are a lot of sites that specialize in information about liminals. This includes cultural events, homestay matching and even dating and marriage searchers. Miia says in amazement that she doesn't know that, to which Kimihito remarks that it doesn't seem to be a limit to what Miia and his other homestay girls don't know and he thinks to himself if the girls aren't for the cultural exchange here in Japan in the first place.
Ms Smith goes on to explain that among these online websites there are also some less savory sites in the mix, from unauthorized jobs to illegal sales of Liminals related goods. While some of these websites seem to be connected to Mr President, Ms Smith shows the group on her tablet a special website that is currently the biggest problem: the "illegal breast milk website". Ms Smith explains to Kimihito and his homestay girls, who look anxiously at the tablet, that it is a site for illegal dealing in Liminal breast milk and that this website has a lot of perverted customers who spend quite a bit to get Liminal girls' milk.

Confused, Kimihito asks if something like this is not all supposed to be illegal. Ms Smith confirms this, but explains that many people often use phrases such as "replacement milk for mothers" or "for research purposes only" in this regard. This makes the whole thing with the sale of Liminal milk more of a gray area, which fluctuates between illegal and legal, although Kimihito finds that a bit ridiculous. However, Ms Smith says that the current problem is that this website not only offers the sale of Liminal milk, but there are also in-person meet-ups where Liminals can be milked by human customers and even let them drink their milk. The group is shocked to learn this and dismayed, Miia asks Kimihito if this is like the "sugar mama thing", which Kimihito distraughtly denies, although he isn't sure.
Rachnera and Miia question Ms. Smith's inability to shut down the illegal website because of the loopholes in the law.
Kimihito then asks Ms Smith why isn't it easy to ban this sort of things and the latter replies that the reason is because as long as cash isn't involved in this, it technically doesn't fall under the Extraspecies Law. Miia questions the coordinator's ability in that she cannot intervene because of this gray area and Rachnera indirectly accuses her of avoiding her responsibility. Ms Smith then responds by pretending to be upset by how the girls judge her badly which leaves the latter speechless and Kimihito apologises on their behalf. He continues by asking if there's anyway they can help her but Miia still angrily questions the coordinator's attitude of not wanting to do her job. Ms Smith then leads all of them into a restricted room, by saying that there's something they should see.
Meamil meets up with her next victim, Mr K.
Meanwhile, Meamil is on her way to meet up with her latest victim who introduces himself as Mr K. After a few small talk to get to know each other better, he notices that the dairy breed centaur's areolas are slightly exposed and although her breasts are slightly saggy, he finds them extremely erotic due to their size. The perverted man then suggests that they go for a drink at a cafe but Meamil seductively offers him a better idea which is a "deluxe drink" as she slips out one of her breasts to show him her nipple. This behavior of hers arouses him even further and he suggests that they can do it at a nearby hotel which is able to accommodate larger liminals.
Meamil makes Mr. K the "offer" that he can milk her and also drink milk directly from her breasts.
However, Meamil politely protests, claiming that her breasts are making her uncomfortable to move that much. She then offers him the chance to do it in the alley instead and in exchange, the perverted man is even allowed suckle right from the source and that he doesn't want to hold back himself by whispering in his ear.

Mr K immediately agrees to this "offer", thinking that Meamil is as perverted as him, that he only cares about her breasts and is already dreaming that he will have the time of his life with "those massive knockers". The only thing he regrets is not using the website she's on much earlier. However, he misses Meamil's self-satisfied sneaky smile as she's finally getting what she wants, which will end up badly for him.

Back to what Ms. Smith is about to show Kimihito and his homestay girls, she brought them into a ward where they are confronted with a very disturbing sight in the form of seeing grown men in babygros behaving like infants. Miia becomes puzzled over what this is, Mero questions whether is this infantile regression and Rachnera claims to have seen this sort of thing before but not on a scale as large as this. Kimihito realises that this is rather familiar to him which Centorea nervously agrees. Ms Smith gets the picture of what they mean before revealing to them the one responsible for this outbreak of infantile regression is no other than the dairy breed centaur they know as Meamil.
Returning to the interaction between Mr. K and Meamil, the latter is showing sexual reactions from her breasts getting groped and suckled by him as he's enjoying her breastmilk to his heart's content due to it being extremely delicious. Even when the perverted man is being too forceful with them, she is very aroused by this and responds to his actions by talking to him seductively.

When he sees that she seems to be very turned on, Mr K thinks that maybe they can do "it" here and now, but then Meamil suddenly starts talking to him in her seductive and gentle tone. Being only half conscious, Mr. K notices that he is not turned on at all but is suddenly super relaxed and finally isn't even able to stand up anymore. Soon Mr. K, like the other men before him, falls into an infantile regression as the dairy breed centaur begins cradling him and like a breastfeeding mother nurturing her baby, tells him to drink lots of her breastmilk before squirting a gush of it out of her nipple with one hand into his mouth. After being fully breastfed, Mr. K finally falls asleep influenced by Meamil's words as she gently tells him that he will always be "her baby" before kissing him on the forehead in a motherly manner.
At the same time at the Okayado Hospital, Ms Smith tells Kimihito and his homestay girls that after Meamil failed in pursuing Kimihito, it seemed at first that she wouldn't cause any more problems. But recently, and without Ms Smith and her MON team knowing why, she has begun seeking out an unknown number of new targets that she can put into states of infantile regression with her milk. To find her targets, she uses this new breastmilk website. Since the number of victims has increased so much, Ms Smith says that they have to do something now and that she needs the help of Kimihito and his homestay girls, because Centorea was the one who took Meamil out the last time. Or to put it more precisely, they need Centorea's milk.

Centorea is shocked when Ms Smith spills the beans about this intimate thing, while the other homestay girls are puzzled by what Smith means with "Centorea's milk". Untouched by Centorea's shock, Ms Smith claims that the normal method of stopping Meamil simply wouldn't be effective, but if they have milk from Centorea, it will change things, as this milk has already defeated Meamil once. She adds that while there are laws on the subject that need to be followed, if they let Centorea to act on her own, there "should" be no problems. Rightly angry, Centorea scolds Ms Smith that she should finally stop dragging normal civilians into her work every time it is convenient for her.
The Centauride continues, still dismayed by this "plan", that her sudden and short lactation was only a miracle at the time, because she herself did not understand how this could happen at all and that it is not something that one can just make it happen on a whim. Carefree, however, Ms Smith only says to this justified objection that Centorea could just have to train for this, whereupon the Centauride angrily says to her that this will not work so easily.

However, Miia then joins the conversation and pretends to encourage Centorea by saying that the people need her "power" and that she can "try to put out a little more". Outraged by this obvious lie, Centorea says that Miia can't fool her and that the Lamia thinks it's hilarious, whereupon Miia doesn't even really try to hide the fact that Centorea is right when she giggles behind closed hands. Rachnera also seems to be amused by Ms Smith's plan, although she asks in a more matter-of-fact tone if Centorea can afford to agree to the plan, as Meamil's actions, if not stopped, might lead to the probably of Centaurs getting a bad reputation for having milk that turn people into babies and forcing them to drink it. Still in a rage, Centorea says that this doesn't somehow mean that people need her milk and that the very thought is ridiculous. Their commotion becomes too loud that causes a nurse to tell them to lower their volume and reminding them where they are.
While the girls are still arguing, Ms. Smith tugs at Kimihito's collar and asks him if she can talk to him alone for a moment. She leads him to a few hospital beds standing in the corner, telling him that not all victims they have found actually suffer from infantile regression. When Kimihito sees the patients in question, he realizes that they actually seem to suffer from anxiety, crawling under their blankets and muttering to themselves that they "failed as men".
Kimihito hesitantly agrees with Ms Smith to help her find the second culprit, although he doesn't really know how to do it.
Since these symptoms do not correspond to those of Meamil's milk, Kimihito suspects that Meamil isn't the only culprit this time, which Ms Smith confirms to him and adds that they have to investigate further. For this reason, Ms. Smith asks Kimihito to lead this investigation about the second culprit, although he makes it clear that he has never said he would do such thing. However, Ms Smith claims that the timing is "perfect" because it is not the case for him to hang around at home when Centorea is going to be out with her "milk training". Hesitantly, Kimihito agrees, although he questions what they are even supposed to be investigating.

These sites include activities such as cultural events, homestay matching, dating or marriage searches. However, among these online sites are also unauthorized jobs to illegal sales of Liminals related goods.
- Unsurprisingly, Ms Smith reveals that some of these less savory sites are also connected with Mr President.
- It is revealed that there is an illegal "breast milk website" among these online sites, where Liminals sell their breast milk to (mostly perverted) customers. In response to Kimihito's question as to whether this is illegal under exchange laws, Ms Smith explains that the sale of liminal milk is a bit of a grey area, as many people use such excuses/phrasings as "replacement milk for mothers" or "for research purposes only", which makes it difficult for the government to classify these activities as illegal.
- However, as Ms Smith also reveals, to the shock of Kimihito and his homestay girls, this illegal website also includes the possibility for customers to meet up with liminals to milk them or drink their milk. The problem with this matter, as Ms Smith explains, is that as long as the customers or Liminals are not actually exchanging money, these activities technically doesn't fall under the Liminal Exchange Act. Therefore, Ms Smith and the MON cannot intervene so easily to stop these activities.
- After Meamil failed in pursuing Kimihito, she didn't cause any problems for a longer, but recently she has started to look for new targets that she can influence with her milk for unknown reasons, by using the breast milk site to find them. Due to the negative effect of the maternal hormones in her milk, this has led to a whole bunch of people falling into a state of infantile regression and being sent to the hospital for their own safety. For this reason, the MON is now trying to stop to Meamil.
- Since Meamil was incapacitated by Centorea's milk last time, and Ms Smith believes that normal methods to stop Meamil are not effective, she instructs Centorea to stop Meamil and that they need her milk. Horrified, Centorea doesn't want to have anything to do with this "plan" and says that even with "training" she wouldn't be able to produce breast milk so easily without a pregnancy, especially since she points out that she never really understood how it was possible at all back in Chapter 71 that she suddenly produced breast milk for a short time.
- As Ms Smith reveals to Kimihito in confidence, the victim's aren't all suffering from infantile regression, showing him some who suffer instead from strange depression and anxiety. This leads Kimihito to suspect that Meamil is not the only culprit, which Ms Smith confirms to him, although she doesn't seem to know who is behind it. For this reason, she instructs Kimihito that while Centorea is going to be out of commission with "milking training", he is to lead the investigation to find out who the second culprit is, although he questions what are they should even investigating.
Trivia[]
- Kimihito refers to his conversation with Merino in Chapter 56 when he thinks to himself how he was told on the farm that that selling Liminal milk is illegal.
- This chapter points out again the negligence of the Japanese government in the series and the loopholes in the Liminal Exchange Protection Act when Smith explains that just only the fact that there is no money involved in the milking activities of the online website means that the MON cannot technically intervene to stop this activities.
- When Rachnera sees the many men in a state of infantile regression in the hospital, she claims she has some experience with this sort of thing, but not to this great extent. Rachnera may be referring to how her tribe has kidnapped human men in the past and may have made them submissive using bondage methods, but apart from that, there is no other possible example in the manga series that could explain what Rachnera could mean by her statement.
- Meamil being sexually excited from the way how her breastfed victims suckled and groped her breasts even when they're being too rough with them is different from how she complaint about the Satyr girls working at the Black Lily Ranch doing the same thing in chapter 71.
