The Cultural Exchange Security Squad is a government - led police unit that enforces the Cultural Exchange Between Species Bill. Their main task is to enforce laws like the prohibition on Liminals unwed sexual intercourse. However, since the badly-written laws state that humans and Liminal species are not allowed to harm each other under any circumstances, the Cultural Exchange Security Squad is forced to rely on M.O.N. when dealing with rogue Extraspecies.

Equipment

• The Squad's agents wear uniforms and gear similar to a SWAT Team.
• Their primary weapons seem to be SP-10 submachine guns, and Mossberg 500 Shotguns. They also carry around Breaching Charges.
