She has long silver hair in a braid, and red glowing eyes. She wears a ghothic style outfit, with a black and purple lace parasol. Her outfit has purple bows, the end of her parasol has a skull and the tie at the end of her hair has a silver skull.

The Hel are a humanoid race that are said to govern a portion of the underworld in Norse-Germanic Mythology.
Said to be born from the giantess Angrboda and the trickster god Loki. The god Odin took Loki's three children (Fenrir, Hel, and Jormungandr) and appointed Hel a realm in Niflheim to govern.

- In the Norse-Germanic Mythology, Hel is the Goddess of Death and the ruler of the Underworld. Her siblings are the Fenris Wolf and the Midgard Serpent.
- Halifa was first introduced to the game alongside Lato and Ena on January 7th, 2016.
- Halifa states the she, Iormu and Froze are old friends and all three of their species appear in Norse mythology.
