Interspecies Cultural Exchange Websites, also known as Extraspecies Exchange Online Websites in the fan-translation, are online websites within the manga series that were first mentioned in Chapter 86 by Kuroko Smith. As explained by the exchange coordinator, these are sites that specialize in information about liminals, which include cultural events as well as matching events, but also more specific things like dating and marriage searchers and much more. It can be assumed that the number of these websites has only increased in the last three years since the introduction of the Cultural Exchange Between Species Bill, when the existence of Liminals was disclosed to the public.
While many of these sites are legal and rather harmless, there are also some less savory sites in the mix, from unauthorized jobs to illegal sales of Liminals related goods. Some of these more dubious sites, although not all, are connected to Mr President and his Laboratory, as mentioned by Smith.[1]
The illegal Black-Market Breast Milk Exchange Website[]
One of these worrying websites that is not related to Mr President is the illegal "Black-Market Breast Milk Exchange Website", also called "Darknet Breast Milk Site", where certain liminals sell their breast milk, but also includes a "special service" that allows them to be milked voluntarily by human customers or to have their milk drank directly from the breasts by the customers. The Dairy Breed Centauride Meamil Airag offers extensive breastfeeding services on this website, which has resulted in numerous customers experiencing states of childhood regression after they drank Meamil's milk and needing to be taken to the Okayado General Hospital.
Although the MON keeps an eye on this website, however, there is not much they can do because the business with the "special service" technically doesn't fall under the Liminal protection arc as long as there is no money being traded, while the sale of Liminal milk is more of a grey area due to certain phrases like "replacement milk for mothers" or "for research purposes only".[1]
The Succubi of the Babu-Babu school also have their own gray area advertisement on one of the darknet breast milk Websites, but their services are professional without sexual activity. Basically, they didn't have much choice at first but to offer breastfeeding services to their customers in exchange for baby products, as they couldn't do normal jobs because of their motherhood. The Succubi also didn't know about the worse activity on the Darknet breast milk sites until Kimihito told them about it.[2]Other liminal charactere such as the Pollinating Alraune and the Pitcher Plant Alraune of the Hamitoya Mansion or the two Insectoid brothers Avis and Milme have also written posts about requests on the Breast Milk website without knowing about the illegal activities and events that are being carried out through this website.[3][4]
After Kimihito had visited the various shops or liminals that were in any way connected to the illegal website on behalf of My Smith as an undercover agent, this led to him becoming extremely popular and tons of comments and requests from liminals (even those he had never encountered) appearing on the website who wanted Kimihito to milk them too. Kimihito was extremely uncomfortable when Ms Smith told him about it, as he neither needed nor wanted such dubious popularity, although Ms Smith dismissed the matter as not so problematic, because since Kimihito had gone to the shops under pseudonyms, no personal information about him had been leaked. Because of a missing name, Kimihito was known only as "the Mysterious Master Milker" among the people on the site.
However, this also led to Kimihito receiving an online challenge from a seemingly criminal acquaintance known as the "manhunter", although it eventually turned out that the person was Saane, who had traveled to Tokyo to perfect her own milking skills through training after a problematic situation arose at the Black Lily Ranch. Fortunately, Kimihito was able to reach an agreement with Saane.[5]
Later, Ms Smith hatches a plan with Kimihito's homestay girls to lure Meamil into a trap, which essentially involves Centorea posting anonym that she is a Centaur with a breast milk problem on the Darkweb Breast Side to attract Meamil's attention. After Meamil responds and agrees to meet, Ms Smith, along with Centorea, Rachnera, Miia, and Suu, sets off to prepare the trap. Shortly after they leave, however, Kimihito notices another anonymous post on the dark website that leads him to to an alley in Tokyo, where it comes to an unexpected meeting with him and Meamil's daughter, Felimil, who was the sender of the post.[6] Later, Kimihito's homestay girls and Ms Smith learn that Meamil's motive for attempting to put the men who use the illegal website into infantile regression was a way to protect her daughter, as she suspected it was only a matter of time before Felimil would notice the website, so that any man with potentially perverted intentions who would be incapacitate in advance by Meamil, would not have the opportunity to get close to her daughter.[7]
