Kobold Industries is a Liminal company under the current leadership of Polt in the Manga series. It is a very large and well-equipped company, so the Japanese government also occasionally makes inquiries about the company for the construction of new facilities such as the Kobold Casino, as Kobold Industries is the only liminal company with the know-how to make these requests happen. The company seems to be headquartered in Japan, presumably Tokyo, although Polt is already planning to expand the company internationally if the industry is successful.

As Kimihito notes, Kobold Industries offers a variety of health and wellness services for Liminals, especially gyms, but also resort hotels, relaxion facilities and training facilities. The Kobolds who work in the company also ran volunteer services to boost the company's reputation, and although Kobolds are generally a very wealthy species, most of that money go towards into positive enterprises in the Liminal society.

Kobold Industries is always working on new methods and sports equipment that should make life easier for the liminals in human society, but is also suitable for humans. The staff of the company consists mostly of Liminals (although some humans like Poltfan also work in the company) who also offer services for humans. The mission statement for Kobold Industries stands for carefully, steadily, healthily and building funds to support the people. This was one of the reasons why Polt was unsure whether it was even morally right for her company to build a casino, since its rather the opposite of this mission statements. After Kimihito tested the casino, Polt had the idea of a wholesome, health-conscious casino concept, but as expected, the client rejected this idea andwithdrew the offer.

Trivia

• It was previously hinted in the manga series that Polt is the chief of a larger company of which the Spots Club Kobold is a part, although this was only officially confirmed later in the light novel Monster Musume: Monster Girls on the Job!. The light novel was also the first time that the company's name was mentioned in the Monster Musume franchise.
• As Polt explains in an omake of Volume 4, the Kobold species, and thus also the company Kobold Industries, are financially independent, since they have a collective controlling share of the great cobalt mine.
