The Kobold Stadium is a sports stadium in Tokyo which is owned by the Kobold Polt and is part of Kobold Industries.
Appearance[]
The Kobold Stadium is a huge stadium somewhere in Tokyo close to a highway with numerous seats and stands for the spectators. The name of the stadium is written in large letters above the entrance gate.[1]
Inside the stadium, as seen in the bonus comic "Centaur Girls Hot to Trot", the field consists of a 1000 long race track that runs in a circle through the stadium. The field around the circuit is covered with a turf, although according to Pegasania, the turf is made of astroturf.[2]
History[]
Jousting between Centorea and her mother[]
Due to public duels being an arrestable offense, Centorea Shianus and her mother hold a Jousting contest here over whether or not Centorea can continue with having Kimihito Kurusu as her "master".
The jousting finally ends in a draw, although it also turns out that Centorea's mother deliberately challenged her daughter in order to prove to the other Centaurs in the live broadcast tournament that a centaur with half-human descent (like Centorea) is just as strong as a centaur descended from strong male centaurs (like Centorea's mother) and that the tradition that the centaur tradition is that only the strongest of them should have children is outdated and meaningless by now.[1]
The Centaur girl race[]
After Ms Smith learns that Mr. President has hired Nico, a liminal girl Smith looks after as part of the Extra Species Exchange Program, as a worker in his company, she angrily confronts him, although he says that Nico came to him voluntarily. To settle the matter once and for all, Smith and Mr President organize a race with the centaur girls at the Kobold Stadium.
The two centaur teams, each consisting of three of the centaur girls, compete against each other in the stadium, with Ms Smith announcing that if Mr President wins, she will never again complain about anything the Prez does, but if she wins, he never again make an offer to a liminal girl Smith looks after. Somehow, however, Centorea is also involved in this race as a seventh participant, much to her confusion.
However, the race is anything but fair, as the Centaur girls either accidentally sabotage themselves or, in the case of Rem and Meamil, deliberately sabotage Alusia. Eventually, Centorea emerges as the winner of the race (without anyone noticing), but since she doesn't belong to any team, she angrily urges Ms Smith and Mr President never again to make such a fuss about their personal differences.[2]
