LGBTQ+ is an acronymic term for people categorized as Lesbians, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, and Queer, amongst other categories related to unusual gender or sexual orientations.
For people attracted to others of the same gender or sex, the term used is usually gay for men, though women are occasionally labeled using this term. The primary term for women preferring other women, however, is lesbian. Bisexual is used for people attracted to either sex/gender.
The LGBTQ+ community is often one of the most commonly-attacked minorities outside of religious and racial minorities, given that any people from any background can fall into this. A number of countries across the globe tend to shun, demean, or badly mistreat anyone who comes out as any category in the LGBTQ+ catalog, with the most common culprits being more traditionalist and conservative groups. These attacks can also escalate into physical assaults, legal wars, and outright hate crimes, with some extremists even going as far as murdering anyone under the category. Under that same token, however, the LGBTQ+ community is also given legal protection in certain areas, and despite the slow process, modern society is becoming more accepting of the community.

Trivia[]
- As revealed in Chapter 59, the Liminal species of the Satyrs is bisexual by nature, which means that it is normal for them to enter into relationships with people of the same gender. Nevertheless, some of them also have preferences, as Saane, for example, loves men and women equally, but still prefers men.
- In the United States, the LGBTQ+ community is both widely supported and heavily despised in roughly equal measures, with numerous cases of conservative and traditionalist people taking their complaints much too far and attacking LGBTQ+ citizens both physically and verbally, vandalizing their property, and even going as far as committing murder. Certain media have also been banned due to depicting LGBTQ+ relationships or characters, though in certain cases this is slowly being reverted.
- In Japan, the LGBTQ+ is similarly scrutinized to a similar extent as the United States, though unlike in the US hostilities against the community range from uncommon to nonexistent. However, until a recent court ruling in the early 2020s, the LGBTQ+ had little legal protection compared to the average Japanese citizen.
