The Monster Musume Secret Pages are special additions added in the manga's volume publications containing details about specific female characters and their Liminal species, typically small tidbits that aren't elaborated on in the main story. These facts include hobbies, special physical traits, personal interests, and physical statistics such as their BWH Measurements (originally, these stats also included the character's weight, but this was dropped after Curie Drakulya's secret page). Typically, most of the characters are drawn wearing Underwear or Swimsuits with some of them shown naked and the rest in their usual clothes, while the details rarely take up more than a single page. Starting in later volumes, multiple characters would be featured on a single page at a time. The pages specifically focus on characters of species not heavily featured in past volumes, and any characters from a previously documented species simply focus more on traits not universal to their species as a whole. A few of the volumes contain only one secret page of just one character or none at all.

Trivia[]
- Due to the fact that the secret pages generally contain little text, they are more affected by discrepancies or imprecise wording between fan translation and official translation than the chapters.
- The secret pages for Miia, Papi, and Centorea have Miia and Centorea's weights obscured by large scribbles, with a visible snapped pencil and a sweating hand with a horseshoe imprint. This is a fourth-wall breaking gag indicating that Miia and Centorea ambushed the writer and scribbled out their weights to preserve some sense of dignity.
- Even before Okayado eventually dropped the weight information about the characters completely in later secret pages, there were already some characters where this information was omitted for humorous reasons. This was especially the case with heavy characters who are either too embarrassed (Tio, Octo) or who are too proud and dignified (Meroune's Mother, Cathyl) to reveal their weight to others. In some cases, however, as with Kii and Suu, this also had ligitimate reasons, as it is difficult (or even impossible) to measure the exact body weight of Slimes or Dryads due to their constantly changing body structures.
- The secret page for Manako's folding rifle is the only one that is not about a character.
- The Black Lily Ranch residents have the most characters per page in any of the secret pages, with 20 characters per page.
