The following is a description of Nega-Suu's relationships and interactions with other characters in Monster Musume: Everyday Life with Monster Girls.

At least at the time of Volume 13, Nega-Suu was still a wild Black Slime with a possibly not fully developed sentient nature. Because of this, Nega-Suu acted mostly on instinct, which is why she interacted with the other characters but didn't have any real relationships at the time.

Humans[]

Kimihito Kurusu[]

As towards most humans, Nega-Suu didn't have any particular opinions towards Kimihito at the time of Volume 13, and it's unclear if she paid any particular attention to him at all. While she was ready to attack Kimihito in Chapter 54 and Chapter 55, that was mainly because he was in the way of her intention to absorb Suu and she probably wouldn't have taken much notice if he was killed in the process.

Kimihito on the other hand was genuinely afraid of Nega-Suu, but in order to protect his girls he was willing to fight the giant Black Slime and finally defeated her with Suu's help by sucking up Nega-Suu's core with a vacuum. It can be surmised, not least because he himself and Suu nearly died in the process, that since this incident, Kimihito has developed a deep dislike for Nega-Suu, as she was also one of the most dangerous Liminals he has ever encountered.

Mr President[]

Mr President is the broker who shipped Nega-Suu to Japan, but as towards most humans, Nega-Suu didn't have any particular opinion towards him at the time of Volume 13, and it's unclear if she paid any particular attention to him at all. While Nega-Suu was ready to attack Mr President in Chapter 54 and Chapter 55, that was mainly because he was in the way of her intention to absorb Suu and Nega-Suu probably wouldn't have taken much notice if Mr President was killed in the process.

Mr President was fascinated by Nega-Suu's abilities and also interested in collecting Slime samples from her for scientific research. Because of his extensive knowledge about Slimes, he also knew the potential risk posed by Nega-Suu, but he still couldn't assess the full danger she posed. In Chapter 54, this caused his plan to capture Nega-Suu to fail as he did not expect that the water absorbing polymer would not shrink Nega-Suu, instead causing the Black Slime to take on a more humanoid, stronger form.

After Mr President revealed to Kimihito and his homestay girls that Nega-Suu would try to absorb Suu, he apologetically told Miia after she angrily confronted him about why he used Suu as bait, admitting that he thought nothing bad would happen because the other girls would have been there to protect Suu in an emergency. This clearly shows that Mr President greatly underestimated Nega-Suu.

Although Mr President was aware of the risk, he was still fascinated by Nega-Suu's abilities and thought of other ways he could use these abilities for his company. After his company recaptured Nega-Suu, they continued to research the Black Slime and found that she had very high filtering capacities. Mr President then ordered Nega-Suu to be incorporated into the Arctic Inn's filtration system. However, this led to the creation of the Hot Spring Slimes, with Mr President admitting to Kimihito over the phone that the Black Slime is quite a mystery.

Kuroko Smith[]

As towards most humans, Nega-Suu didn't have any particular opinion towards Ms Smith at the time of Volume 13, and it's unclear if she paid any particular attention to her at all. While Nega-Suu was ready to attack Ms Smith in Chapter 54 and Chapter 55, that was mainly because she was in the way of her intention to absorb Suu and Nega-Suu probably wouldn't have taken much notice if Ms Smith was killed in the process.

Ms Smith was partially amazed by Nega-Suu's abilities that differed from those of a normal Slime, such as her body not dissolving in water due to its gel-like consistency. But like Kimihito, Ms Smith has been watching Nega-Suu with caution since the incident in Volume 13, having experienced first-hand the danger posed by the Black Slime.

Kimihito's homestay girls[]

Miia[]

As towards most Liminals, Nega-Suu didn't have any particular opinion towards Miia at the time of Volume 13, and it's unclear if she paid any particular attention to her at all. While Nega-Suu was ready to attack Miia and the other household girls in Chapter 54 and Chapter 55, that was mainly because they were in the way of her desire to absorb Suu and Nega-Suu probably wouldn't have taken much notice if Miia was killed in the process.

For her part, Miia was very horrified when she learned from Mr President that Nega-Suu intended to absorb Suu (which would basically lead to Suu's death). Miia didn't take an active role during the fight between the two giant Slimes, unlike Kimihito, and because Kimihito and Suu were nearly killed by the Black Slime, Miia has developed a deep dislike for Nega-Suu since this incident.

Papi[]

Nega-Suu and Papi didn't meet during the events of Volume 13, as Papi was at the Kurusu house with Mero during the incident. However, it can be assumed that Kimihito and his other household girls told Papi about the incident and that Papi (unless she forgot about it immediately) has since developed a dislike for the Black Slime as she almost killed Kimihito and Suu.

Centorea Shianus[]

As towards most Liminals, Nega-Suu didn't have any particular opinion towards Centorea at the time of Volume 13, and it's unclear if she paid any particular attention to her at all. While Nega-Suu was ready to attack Centorea and the other household girls in Chapter 54 and Chapter 55, that was mainly because they were in the way of her desire to absorb Suu and Nega-Suu probably wouldn't have taken much notice if Centorea was killed in the process.

For her part, Centorea was very horrified when she learned from Mr President that Nega-Suu intended to absorb Suu (which would basically lead to Suu's death). Centorea didn't take an active role during the fight between the two giant Slimes, unlike Kimihito, and because Kimihito and Suu were nearly killed by the Black Slime, Centorea has developed a deep dislike for Nega-Suu since this incident.

Suu[]

Nega-Suu became obsessed with her desire to absorb Suu, wanting to absorb into herself the unique experiences Suu had collected during her time in human society. Mr President even suggested in Chapter 54 that absorbing Suu was probably the reason why Nega-Suu had snuck onto one of his company's ships to get to Japan. If this assumption is true, however, it remains completely unclear where Nega-Suu found out about Suu's existence outside of Japan.

Suu initially seemed to feel some sort of connection to Nega-Suu and intended to help her, perhaps because they both were Slimes. They first meet in chapter 52 when the Black Slime telepathically asked Suu to free her from Black Lily's tanker truck. Suu obligated her, but in the process one of her hands was accidentally absorbed by the Black Slime, allowing Nega-Suu to gather information that she could use to transform herself into a humanoid form.

A few days later, Nega-Suu communicated with Suu via telepathy and asked her to meet her. Suu naively agreed immediately, probably not knowing that the Black Slime would try to absorb her. However, the meeting failed because Suu was accidentally captured by Mr President's staff (who mistook Suu for Nega-Suu) and taken to the Black Lily Laboratory.

After Mr President's plan to capture Nega-Suu failed in Chapter 54, Kimihito and the other protagonists eventually learned from Mr President of the objective of the Black Slime to absorb Suu. This chapter also showed the full extent of Nega-Suu's obsession as she was willing to kill anyone who stood in the way of her intent to absorb Suu. However, after Suu had also become a giant Slime from absorbing the royal jelly of a Honey Bee, a titanic fight ensued between the two, with Suu saying that she would not led Nega-Suu do anything to hurt Kimihito. Eventually, the protagonists join forces to defeat the Black Slime, albeit only with Kimihito and Suu almost dying in the process.

Meroune Lorelei[]

Nega-Suu and Mero didn't meet during the events of Volume 13, as Mero was at the Kurusu house with Papi during the incident. However, it can be assumed that Kimihito and his other household girls told Mero about the incident and Mero has since developed a dislike for the Black Slime as she almost killed Kimihito and Suu.

Rachnera Arachnera[]

Nega-Suu did not interact directly with Rachnera in Chapter 55 as the Arachne was hiding to hatch a plan of her own to fight the Black Slime. Eventually, Rachnera was instrumental in Nega-Suu's defeat by crafting a spider silk doll of Kimihito filled with the Black Lily Laboratory's superabsorbent polymer, in collaboration with Suu, to be able to implant into Nega-Suu's body. This exposed Nega-Suu's core, which Kimihito could then suck up with the vacuum.

Lala[]

Nega-Suu didn't interact much with Lala during the events of Volume 13, but in Chapter 54, Lala's antics resulted in Suu absorbing the royal jelly of a Honey Bee, allowing her to grow into her giant form. In doing so, Lala contributed, albeit inadvertently but crucially, to Nega-Suu's defeat, although the Black Slime didn't pay much attention to the Dullahan.

Monster Community[]

Hot Spring Slimes[]

After the Black Lily Laboratories discovered through their research that Slime has high filtration capacities, they used Nega-Suu as a living water filter for the filtration system of the Arctic Inn. Unbeknownst to anyone, however, Nega-Suu came into contact with the DNA from various Liminal species bathing in the onsen and used this information to multiply herself and create dozens of new Slimes. While the hot spring Slimes can theoretically be considered as Nega-Suu's children, it is unknown if she has any (and if so, what) relationship to them.
