Papi's Mother[]
She is his wife and they love each other very much. He even decided to take a day off of work to be with her. Although the two don't live together, they make it a point to see each other when she's in town. This indicates that he fully accepts the fact that Harpies cannot be confined to one place and that his wife must be free to go where she pleases. It seems he has a few sexual fetishes as his wife's Ganguro appearance is a result of his preferences and he also enjoys it when his wife dresses as a high school student.
Papi[]
The police chief is Papi's father, but their exact relationship is unclear. In Chapter 28, Papi vaguely remembers meeting her father before meeting Kimihito, which must mean he knows his daughter. He probably loves her as much as he loves his wife.

Kuroko Smith[]
The Police Chief and Kuroko Smith know each other because of their similar jobs, but he doesn't have such a good opinion about her. The police chief is a man of action, so it bothered him quite in Chapter 11 that Ms Smith complained about something as trivial as the quality of the coffee during the P.O.R.K hostage incident. He also doesn't seem entirely convinced of Ms Smith's competence, having expressed doubts when the Ministry of Foreign Affairs official suggested that Ms Smith and her team could solve the problem with the Orcs.

The police chief is the superior of the Bicycle Police Officer but the two haven't interacted with each other throughout the manga series.
