Riado is a Dryad that appears in Monster Musume: Everyday Life with Monster Girls Online.
As an official of the liminal exchange program Riado helps hone the homestay girls' skills and special abilities by leveling up their ability levels.
Appearance[]
She has light skin, long dark green leaf like hair, leaf like ears, she has pale green gloves on with leaves at the top. She is also wearing vines and leaves similar to a bikini. She also has bright green eyes, and sits on a tree with different colored tree leaves.
Skills and Traits[]
- Dryad Physiology:
- Nutrient-Seeking: As they are part plants, they migrate where nutrients are abound.
- Nutrient Absorption: As Riado is part plant, her basic sustenance is water and nutrients from the ground, by placing her roots into the ground. It also affects her in the same way if would a plant, so if she absorbs experimental fertiliser, she would grow to a giant size.
- Vines: She can use her vines to grab and restrain her opponents.
- Nutrient Extraction: if required, it is possible to extract the nutrients she has absorbed by sucking on her breasts.

Zoological Classification[]
- Main article: Dryad
Dryads, or Tree Nymphs, are pseudohumans that appear as tree spirits in Greek mythology. An incredibly long-lived species, dryads have more in common with the common plant than they do with any animal; for example the leaves on a dryad's head are fully capable of photosynthesis and their "legs" act as roots that they can embed into the ground to absorb soil nutrients.
A taciturn species with little social interaction, when a dryad chooses to "set roots" within a forest, the forest's natural health greatly increases.
But some Dryads have half animal bodies, like deer or having horns or antlers. And known to be guardians of nature.
Etymology[]
In a similar manner to Peace, Riado's name consists of picked-out kana from her species name (ドライアド, Doraiado).
