Smith's Car is a 1961 Volkswagen Beetle imported from Germany, which appeared in the Monster Musume: Everyday Life with Monster Girls manga series. It is owned by Kuroko Smith and debuted in Chapter 85.
Surprisingly fast and agile despite its model, Smith says she inherited the car from her father. Although Smith also uses the VW Beetle on public roads, Garu, Aluca and Vikk are dismayed to discover that the car doesn't has any seatbelts, which calls into question its suitability as a safe means of transport.

- The car's model and number plate (69-69) is a reference to the fictional car, Herbie; a sentient Volkswagen Beetle that uses its abilities to help various people and run races. The number plate is a reference to the release date of the first Herbie movie, 1969 (Herbie The Love Bug).
- While the car's model and number is a reference to Herbie, however, Smith's VW Beetle bears, due to its dark colouring, a greater physical resemblance to Horace, a second but evil sentient VW Beetle from the Herbie franchise.
- Due to the manga's naturally erotic nature, the number plate could also be a reference to the "69" sex position, where 2 sexual partners orally stimulate each other's genitals at the same time, reminiscent on how the Arabic numerals for 6 and 9 can be physically the same save for the orientation.
- The car is mentioned to be a left hand drive but while the rule of the road in Japan is left hand traffic, both left and right hand drive cars are allowed to be driven on roads.
