Sophia (ソフィア) is a Baphomet that appears in Monster Musume: Everyday Life with Monster Girls Online.
A demon who attends Black Masses, Sophia opted to study abroad to escape her ascetic lifestyle at home and came to Japan in search of new sexual prey.

She has light grey hair, pale purple eyes, goat-like horns and raven-like wings. She wears a leather jacket with rivets and Occult symbols, typical for fans of early Heavy Metal Bands. She also has fangs, which give her a lisp.

Baphomets are a demihuman species with goat-like attributes in similar vein to Satyrs and Pan Fauns but with the addition of raven wings.
Closely linked with occultism or outright Satanism throughout history, since the 1800's the species has been associated as members of the Hierarchy of Hell and as such their image has been imprinted as the official symbol of the Church of Satan. Baphomets are always crossed with pentagrams.

- "Baphomet" rendered in Hebrew is בפומת; interpreted using Atbash substitution cipher, it becomes שופיא, which can be interpreted as the Greek word "Sophia", meaning "wisdom" in English.
- Unlike several of the emblems she wears, which look like inverted crosses (commonly associated with Satanism), the pendants on her neck and the staff are versions of Mjolnir, the hammer of the Norse-Germanic god Thor/Donar and a symbol for followers of Germanic neopagan religions in modern Times.
- She appears like the Fan of 80s Heavy Metal Music. Bands like "Angel Witch" or "Venom" were famous for Occultism themed Songs and a Baphomet is the mascot of both bands. Occultism was a popular Theme for many other early Heavy Metal bands. Black and Red checked Clothes were popular by early Metal Fans coming from the Punk Genre. Later sub-cultures like gothic and the "black scene" copied this.
- It is rumoured that Baphomets have equal or greater power than Elder Demons.
